Trent Fabrication, based out of Sparks, Nevada, - Reno, Nevada’s neighboring city, is a company passionate about off-road racing. The team at Trent Fab build off-road race cars and offer recreational buggies. They specialize in the custom fabrication of rock crawling and endurance racing chassis. Trent’s passion goes beyond fabricating. He also competes in off-road racing and even started his own race team, Trent Fab Racing. He has two other racers on his team. They have hundreds of wins and even a few championship titles.

Trent Fab stays ahead of their competition by building the best parts and chassis possible for their race cars. They achieve this by only using the best equipment on the market. Trent Fab has been using nothing but Torchmate for over a decade. All of their tube cutting and plate cutting is done on Torchmate machines. Aaron Robinson, lead fabricator at Trent Fab, speaks on behalf of the company, discussing the integral part that Lincoln Electric Torchmate technology has on the business. It is used on a daily basis and is referred to as the most important piece of equipment that they use.

“We use nothing but Torchmate cutting tables for everything we do. It's all custom one-off stuff generally made from templates which transfer into the Torchmate CAD software. We have cut anything we ever needed out of these two tables that we have. We have constantly been progressing and needing more and more high quality stuff and faster turnaround time as production increases so we got a new table which has been about perfect out of the box.”

“We cut on it within hours of setting it up. The new software has really helped in simplifying the process. It is easily twice as fast out of the box. It's been very very easy to use, learn and setup. The machine is literally plug and play and nothing else is really needed.”
