Ultra-Cut 300 Systems
Ultra-Cut™ 300 systems with the XT-300 torch deliver high definition production capacity of 1.25" (32mm) at 100% duty at up to 300 amps. Material up to 2.5” (38mm) may be cut when starting from the edge of the plate. Ultra-Cut 300 systems use the multi-gas, 100% duty cycle, liquid cooled XT-300 180 degree torch with a 2" (50mm) diameter fiberglass mounting tube. Systems also include the digital GCM-2010 gas control for easy parameter setup and precise delivery of gases. A CNC connection on the rear of the power supply provides access to Start/Stop and "OK to Move". A divided arc voltage signal for controlling a torch height control is also provided. Full arc voltage is available inside the power supply.
Manual Plasma Cutting Systems
Thermal Dynamics is a world leader that is setting the standard in flexibility, value and performance for advanced plasma cutting equipment. The manual systems cover the full range of plasma cutting applications. From the versatile CUTMASTER 38 through the PAKMASTER 150XL, the systems can be used to cut virtually any material, from light gauge to 1-1/2" thick, and, range from highly portable 110V units for HVAC work to larger, industrial gauging applications.

In the unlikely event that your plasma cutter requires service, you no longer have to drive it perhaps 50 miles to your local Hypertherm dealer, leave it, and then drive back to pick it up. Keep the original shipping container. If your unit requires service, call our authorized Hypertherm service center to arrange a UPS pickup. The machine will promptly be serviced and returned to you. You don't have to leave your facility, and we pay all service-related shipping charges for your first warranty repair (up to one year).
