The Torchmate technical support team comes from a diverse background to better serve our customers.

Jake Reed - Technical Support Manager
Jake came to Torchmate after managing Radio Shack stores. He enjoys working on rebuilding his RX-7, model building, and improving his ever expanding collection of scripophily. Jake also served in the US Army Infantry stationed in Korea.

Mike Aiello
Mike enjoys building and driving off road vehicles and in the summer going to the lake and wakeboarding. He also likes to build and repair computers.
Scott Bryson
Scott strode into the stripmall restaurant smelling of metal dust and shopsmoke another training successful, another customer satisfied, all the patrons turned to watch him as if he had called out to them but he had made no sound save the whispering of his denim and the thud of his boots. He sat at the bar. A bartender in a vaudevillian striped shirt approached smiling like a grifter.
“Can I help you cowboy?”
“Double rye.”
“I’m afraid we don’t have rye.”
“Don’t have rye.”
“Sorry.”
“Well what do you have?”
The bartender slid a glossy menu toward the him. He regarded it with great suspicion. Held it at arm’s length. He sighed heavily.
“I reckon I’ll have a Blue Razzleberry Peach Smoothie.”
Thomas Esquivel
Thomas grew up in Lake Tahoe and enjoys playing sports. He is currently working on his masters in Managerial Sciences Information Systems. Thomas has over six years of technology support experience.
Paul Goddard
Paul is a former military avionicsman with experience working on AV-8B Harriers and an ex-winery millwright working on a high speed bottling line in Sonoma county, CA. Raised mostly in Reno, NV he has also traveled extensively across the US and spent a year in Asia teaching English and indulging his wanderlust. Hiking, building computers, guitar, sci-fi and studying philosophy are his off time interests.

Rod Sanchez
Rod originates from Hawaii and has enjoyed living in the Reno/Sparks area despite the cold winters. Rod enjoys building radio controlled vehicles and programming computers.

Dennie Smith
Dennie grew up in and around the Sierras and enjoys the outdoors with his dog Tigger and 4 wheeling. He has a background in metal working and computers.
Daniel Stewart
Daniel trains in MMA. He enjoys working on and modifying cars, and long walks on the beach.
