Becoming Full Time Fabricators

AJ’s Custom Fab is a metal fabrication shop located in Dickinson, Texas. The metal and steel company is able to produce a wide range of custom metal work including, but not limited to, oilfield parts, custom home metal work, and industrial repairs. Aj Bosarge and his wife Jessica originally began this company as a side business for extra income in 2014. However, once people realized the superior quality of work they produced, they were able to turn a side job into the full-time business that thrives today. Both Aj and Jessica are extremely involved in their community and often provide their superb fabrication services to local businesses and inviduals around the state of Texas.

Impact on the Community

Earlier this year, Aj repaired the garage doors for the Aqua April Swim Program to create a more comfortable and controlled environment for young children learning how to swim. He installed weather stripping on three garage doors to reduce the amount of draft. Aj also fabricated a flag as a gift for a retiring commander who served in the 147th Attack Wing for the local Texas Air National Guard in Ellington Airport. AJ’s Custom Fab often participates in local shows, markets, and festivals to showcase their custom metal work alongside neighboring vendors. They have also donated numerous metal Texasinspirted pieces for fundraising purposes. Aj and Jessica have made huge contributions towards the betterment of their community and continuously go above-and-beyond to ensure they exceed customer expectations.

Increase in Production Capabilities

About a year ago, AJ’s Custom Fab purchased a 4 x 4 Growth Series table to expand their cutting capabilities and reach a wider consumer base with more personalized cutting needs. “It has brought us many new customers with the metal art pieces we can produce, as well as (bringing in) industrial customers for cut parts” Aj Bosarge said of their Growth Series table. “We do custom metal art pieces on request and also cut industrial metal parts for ourselves as well as customers. The table has brought us many capabilities for faster project turnarounds with in-house cutting. It has also taken our fabrication to another level by being able to do custom parts on the spot.” On their Facebook and Etsy pages, AJ’s Custom Fab display a wide variety of quality metal fabrications that are available for sale.
