Lincoln Electric's Torchmate Ramps up Hiring Efforts after Recent Growth Spurt

Torchmate is Hiring

While job growth around the U.S. continues to be minimal, Torchmate, a Lincoln Electric company, is ramping up hiring efforts after experiencing a sudden growth spurt prompted by an increase in the sale of its small, computer-numeric-controlled cutting machines, says Chelsea Nicholes, Human Resources Manager of Torchmate.

The company’s trailing twelve months of CNC plasma and oxyfuel cutting tables, and systems sales recently reached an all time high. Now it plans to re-invest some of those earnings into job growth.

“Torchmate is in need of sales assistants, traveling technical support specialists and customer service representatives that have passion and experience with CNC machinery,” said Nicholes. “Our products and services are the best in the industry because of the team that makes up this company.”

According to Nicholes, paid holidays, paid vacation time, paid sick days, health insurance and a 401k plan are benefits every full-time Torchmate employee receives.

“Torchmate wants to make sure every employee is well taken care of, so that they can focus on taking care of our customers,” said Nicholes.

Employment seekers that wish to pursue an opportunity for one of the available positions at Torchmate, are encouraged to drop off their resume at 280 S. Rock Blvd., Suite 150, Reno, NV 89502.
