Success Story

I just wanted to say thanks [to John from Thermadyne] for spending the time to come down and help me and also taking those cuts to Torchmate.  I was finally able to find the issues with the table (turns out it was a gantry squaring issue) and it is now really dialed in and cutting great.  I attached two pictures for you to see the level of accuracy that I am getting out of it right now.  The circle is 1” and is as perfect as you can get and the square is also only off by .008 at the two longest posts and that is from bevel.  Seeing the level of accuracy that I can get with this table gives me confidence in getting an Ultra Cut sooner than later.  I can also say that I was sending 5+ emails a day with Torchmate as we finally started to get the table dialed in and their customer service is amazing.  Since this wasn’t their table design they could have told me to take a hike but they really did stick through it and now we got it to a level of accuracy that I think anyone would be proud of on something they built.  You can add me as another example of them bending over backwards and I see why you recommend them.
