Here is a 10' x 40' Torchmate 3 in Houston, Texas.

This customer loads one 10' x 20' sheet while the other is being cut.  This way they stay in constant production. 

This is a 10' x 40' Torchmate 3 Finished Bolt Together System in New Mexico

This is a 6' x 20' Torchmate 3 that is used for building boats in Long Beach, California.  Note the stack of aluminum plate behind machine waiting to be cut.

These are two Torchmate Systems set up in a new factory for production in Mexico.  The first machines they installed were a 8' x 20' Torchmate 3 and a 8' x 30' Torchmate 3.

This customer in Kentucky was planning ahead for expansion.  What you see here is a 6' x 12' Torchmate 3 Gantry Kit that was modified and built on a 8' x 20' Frame. 

This Torchmate system runs 24 hours per day, 6 days per week according to its owner.

 

This is a 8' x 20' Torchmate 3 in New Jersey.
