This is as close as a plasma has gotten so far to laser or water jet but at a fraction of the price. Yet plasma manufacturers have taken high def a step further with Integrated High Definition. Integrated High Def allows for the plasma manufacturer to specify and design all the CNC components like the drives, motors, software, height control to work and communicate together enabling the system to be smart and extremely user friendly. All of this integrated components allow for more accuracy and faster payback as the operator does not have to be an "expert." Plasma by itself is relatively inaccurate but when you identify, compensate and then integrate these inaccuracies with automation you can essentially "outsmart" plasma cutting.
